The Balboa International Cottage Christmas Festival presents a variety of entertainment that is very interesting . Some entertainment is authentic music , crafts , dance and other holiday traditions from more than 30 countries .

There are also a variety of delicious dishes from all over the country . Among the paella from Spain , hummus and falafel from Palestine , fried bananas from Panama , and bratwurst from Austria and Germany . Traditional dances are shown in Balboa Park to entertain the visitors . Accompanied by music , and costumes can be seen in half an hour in Stage Cottage .
